PT. Robust Multilab Solusindo (RMS) is engaged in the procurement and production of laboratory furniture for all types of companies based on research with the support of the company’s laboratory. The Services for products to PT. Robust Multilab Solusindo covers all types of typical companies, such as Pharmaceutical Company, University, Hospital, Industrial and Manufacturing Company, Oil & Gas Company and Mining company.

Scope and Exclusions

The scope of application of the quality management system ISO 9001: 2008 covers the processing and production of laboratory furniture, as well as the entire department of PT. Robust Multilab Solusindo except the Ministry of Finance & Accounting. All applicable clauses of the Standard will be seen as part of the quality of this manual, except the clause is not applicable in clause 7.3 (Design & Development) so the company was not involved in the design or development of any products and clause 7.5.2 (Validation of particular process) because the company has no specific process.
